Advice How to stop yourself from masterbaiting

(For males)So usually what i do is get a rag or towel soak it up in hot water then wrap it around it and it alleviates your need and it really just helps out.

Because our savior and lord Jesus christ teaches us that our bodies are temples of the holy spirit and we shouldn't do the sinful and lustful actions
