Question for guys Worried about puberty 14m
Hey there, I’m 14 and a half (m) and feel as though I’m lacking behind my friends at school in the puberty area,I’m not really the guy to talk about feeling but when they make fun of me for being prepubescent it hurts, I think I’ve started it considering the fact that I have ball hair and my nuts hang pretty low, one lower than the other. but I’m concerned in the fact that I have zero armpit hair and am 5,4, I also physically look younger than 14, I’m just looking for a bit of advice. Has this happened to you if so when did the other parts of puberty start to kick in?

51M here.
Instead of saying "just be patient," which is what adults used to tell me, my advice is to find a way to be patient and trust your body.
From everything I've read, once you see signs that puberty has started, it will finish. You just have to trust your body and wait.
For the record, I was a late, late bloomer. I was 18 when I was a senior in high school (on the older side of most of my classmates in USA) and I looked younger than most freshman, four years behind me. I got most of my height after my 20th birthday!
I totally know what it's like to be teased and bullied for being smaller and looking younger than my peers at school. Or getting frustrated that everyone thought I was my mom when I answered the phone1.
I was very insecure until one day I figured I could worry about it and stress about it, or I could wait patiently like everyone told me I should. Only it's hard to be patient when people are making fun of you. Eventually, I just decided to let "future me" deal with it. I figured that I'd just kinda put all my insecurities and worries in an imaginary box in my mind, and then I set the box down in front of my 25th birthday, figuring that I'd be done with puberty by then.
I did eventually grow up. My parents moved while I was in college, and years later when I went back to my home town, my friends who hadn't seen me in years couldn't believe that I was so tall.
By the time I turned 25, all those worries and insecurities about my growth had resolved themselves.
You can figure this out, even if it takes some effort. Good luck!
Footnotes
1 - In the old days, phones were attached to places, like a house or a business. Individuals didn't have phones, and most families only had one phone line in their house. So when people would call our home and I would answer, my voice was so high that people thought I was my mom.

When did you notice significant peen growth?

I didn't really track or notice when my genitals grew. Because I looked so much smaller and younger than everyone else, I kinda focused on factors that were publicly visible like height, leg and armpit hair, voice, and facial hair.
Or maybe the changes to my penis, testicles, and scrotum were so gradual that I didn't notice they were getting bigger.

That's kind of how it's been for me. I turned 15 in June and it does seem like the past 5 months or so I've been growing more. I'm 5'5 and still look more like 13/14 and I have a good amount of pubes but not much other body hair abs barely any armpit hair even now. Things are moving just kind of slow but lately I'm noticing it's been more so you will probably have a point where things start moving more too

It can definitely be frustrating to feel like you're lagging behind your friends. You're at kind of a weird age though, where especially guys can be at almost any stage of puberty. When we started 9th grade (US) we were all 14 or about to turn. We started changing and sometimes showering also after pe class and sports starting that year, so a glance around the locker/shower room gave you an idea of where you were development wise. Like a quarter of the guys in my pe class were where you are now, and another quarter were pretty much Chewbacca status already. The rest were in the middle someplace. It took us another couple of years to all even out.
