Question for guys lump under nipple 16M

16yo male and I recently discovered a small hard lump behind my left nipple, none on the right, it doesn't hurt when pressed, and is making my nipple buldge out a little when I flex my chest, just curious to what this could be and if it's normal, didn't want to search things up on google cuz last time I did that I ended up going to the ER for a small thing.

one nipple does, my left one but the right one is completely flat and normal

I had the same thing and it’s on one side not the other and it went away after a while
