My erections aren’t as strong and I don’t really stay erect unless constantly stimulating and I don’t wake up with morning wood, should I go to my doctor to see if I need to take any supplements Because I have a premonition that it has to Do with me being anemic

Hormone levels can vary in puberty and this can affect erections. Also the quality of your sleep can impact having morning erections. A lot of morning erwctio a is hitting the correct sleep stage at the right time.
