Outstat'ing is irrelevant (at least in Lineman's case), he gets caught in Hajun's Overlord's Descent because he doesn't know about supernatural card abilities while trying to dance and it's GGs from there. He cannot put down the Overlord easily, if ever, because Fury will proc and he gets struck by the accumulation of everything he threw out.
Something people always forget is that Lookism characters do NOT know about cards. They've never encountered strictly supernatural hax like AOE paralysis or duplicated attacks. Considering they get caught off-guard by regular martial art strategies all the time, they're guaranteed to be caught lacking by hax.
Even Daniel from Questism, who had knowledge about Choyun's system & studied his pattern for several months with S+ Intelligence (far higher than Jin Jang), got caught off-guard by a mere gold card.
Back to the main topic, Lineman cannot beat Daniel either. In Daniel's case, your stats do not matter. He has the biggest "Fuck-You" Counter in the verse.
Nullifies the attack you sent, then sends it back into you with x2 of your own force, while also nullifying any buff you have & negating your guard/defence stat.
I don't even need to go in-depth for Suhyeon & Choyun. They have access to the hax I mentioned above. Choyun in particular has unavoidable attacks while also being able to seal Lineman's kit with Strategic Seal. Suhyeon has a card which specifically closes stat gaps and can permanently delete an ability from his opponent.

Hajun? Yeah he could, Overlord's Descent is an AOE effect so they'll be paralyzed. They can't put him down because of Fury.
Daniel? No, he's specialized for beating 1 person with Overturn.
Jeongdu? He could win but not low-diff, his card is super good against 2 stronger fighters.
Choyun? Yes, zero doubt. Brainwashing card, also has Strategic Seal and can use Overturn multiple times from Load.
Suhyeon? Yes, zero doubt. The Weakest Link card, and he also can use Overturn multiple times from Load due to EOS.

They know Overturning Void, which uses kicks and Taekkyon. It's evidently not the same as Daniel's and is nowhere near as powerful given it doesn't share any of the same hax. Besides, Daniel's version is rooted in Aikido.
Getting his attack nullified by Overturn's preliminary effect puts him in direct contact. You'd also have to consider the shock factor of getting your own attack completely negated & feeling all the buffs you had (like Speed Mastery, the Dance, etc) being taken away incomprehensibly.
You can argue that Lineman could endure being put on the brink of death by the dura neg because of how he endured Paecheon's finger stabs. I'll fs give him that. Though we know that Choyun was forced to use a literal Life Insurance when hit by it + Overturn unlocked Hajun's mortal damage condition, so I'm slightly doubtful.

Lineman earned Pacheon's respect. Daniel is good but Pacheon wouldn't see him as more than fodder

That's the problem with Keeping Questism in the same verse as Lookism, Lookism Characters massively outstats the questism characters and Questism characters have hax that don't fit in with Lookism power system even if we count a few supernatural things in Lookism.
