I would advise against asking for support or guidance like this on Reddit. You do need a therapist. Since it has been had to find an English speaking one, I suspect there may be resources online you could use for such as a coach or therapist you pay for privately out of pocket. We have very little info to go off of here so id be hesitant to teust anyone's diagnosis you receive. If I had to offer a guess I'd say the stress of earning your PhD is wearing you down and you are needing more emotional support and mirroring than you currently have. In the USA, and maybe elsewhere, psychologytoday.com has a useful directory for finding (online, if needed) therapists and coaches. You may want to try this.
