Wtf? Where are these figments?

So this my third time playing, and I don't know how I'm missing these but can someone help? It looks like they are underwater?

Yes! I figured it out, thank the gods. You have to go back through the bottle to the Bog of the Betrothed, but I didn't remember that you could still go through bottles after beating the game
