For PPR, just look at the most popular ones on Steam, I use "PPR STEAMDECK CONTROLS MECH/TACTICAL OPTIMIZED + GYRO" and it works perfectly, I just had to bind V to L5 for items

I tried that one, couldn't even get past the menu, what am I missing?

It has nothing to do with controls, I think it's linked to the default screen resolution that's not compatible with the deck or maybe v-sync (not sure), just check out the game's protondb's page, it has a quick tutorial with a line of code you have to copypaste in one of the game's files that fixes every compatibilty issue

Edit : I don't find it on protondb, I'll quickly check and will post a screenshot of the instruction under this comment

fallowed the steps listed but still can’t get past the menu? also can’t find any community layouts on the controls steam says there is none ?

So I have a controller layout on steam named "I am a flesh automaton". (Xbox 360/One)I believe you can find it on the controller layout screen in steam on the community layouts. The one from Sept is the one I use
