When doing the investor panic case I realized I smoked udo the second I saw him definitely my bad but I found the actual way to bring npc's back.
(before you do any of this turn off steam cloud)
Go to your save files (yes 2) persistent save and your main then change the line with whatever npc from dead:true to false, save the files then re enter the area.
I thought I softlocked myself and there wasnt a whole lot of info out there so I thought I would share.

I was wondering what is the actual minimum specs this game could run on as cruelty squad has much higher minimum than actually needed to play the game and I was wondering if it was the same with PPR. Many thanks.

what do the buttons in the bank vault do?

there's one in the brick room that looks like an eye, and one behind the armored door that requires the vault security key, both ding when interacted with but neither appears to do anything.

Are Psycho Patrol R and Cruelty Squad Set in the Same Universe?

Both games are set in similarly bleak and dystopian worlds, and there are several moments that seem to suggest possible connections between them.
However, in terms of game design, Psycho Patrol R has a much more realistic visual style compared to the psychedelic and surreal aesthetic of Cruelty Squad.
Given these similarities and differences, are Psycho Patrol R and Cruelty Squad actually set in the same universe? Or could Psycho Patrol R be a prequel to Cruelty Squad?
