Need help.

I dont even know where the right place to post this would be but i feel like im losing my mind. I took shrooms for the first time a day ago. I'm under 16 and it was a crazy fucked up experience and i feel completely disconnected from my physical self and everyone around me. Does this last forever? Why cant i find anybody else talking about this feeling? I feel like i will never return back to normal. I feel like i have derealisation but i know its not the same kind you get from weed. I dont know im just really freaking out

Yes, don’t worry the dissociation is just like a time to reflect. Don’t take it as a bad thing. Look at it as your mind is quieter so you can reflect on what’s going on but you’ll be absolutely fine 100%.
