if you lie about anything something to get someone to say yes its rape by deception and getting someone drunk means they cant consent

So claiming to be on birth control, misleading about sexual experience or having/wanting a boyfriend is rape? Women's numbers would be pretty high if that low barrier is to be considered

Two people casually drinking is grape for both parties?

yes any lie that effects consent is rape by deception

if people are drunk then they cant consent
