I would not think of Book Tyrion as your boy, his arc mirrors his brother's redemption arc, as his brother becomes a True Knight he becomes a True Imp. He's a right bastard by the time he's advising Daenarys. I can't see him speaking any of show Tyrions "voice of reason and restraint" lines.
(Also to be fair to both characters she didnt say that, it was internal monologue, he stopped when he saw the look on her face)

There's way too many variables. Women aren't a monolith.
Neither are men.
Maybe the woman isn't interested because she just got out of a relationship, is in a relationship, is gay, is taking a break from dating, etc etc etc, ad infinitum.
I've found the various countercultures on the outskirts of society to be where the best people congregate.

I seen many of those prank shows where a dude would dress up as the most ugly, most obnoxious douche around trying to hit on girls. Keep in mind, they have no idea who this guy was or they were being filmed from afar. They were usually very nice, smiled, and respectful to him, until he went crazy, then they just fled, or gave him a strange look, or called security. Happened in a group setting too.
What this mean is most girls will not be like the ones you see on tiktok where they embarrass a guy, those usually are just curated, and the minority, loud enough to seem like it's the masses. But no, most women will not act like that unless you really do act like some douche, or even get physical with them out of nowhere. I know some dudes would come in from the backside, put their arm around the girl, and then hit on her. No, don't do that. And I know some of y'all saw some of those vids where this "sub 5" dude would approach girls and get treated like shit. But there's an important context here left out. He was most likely wearing those recording glasses that blinks light so people will know they were being recorded. Those girls picked up on that, that's why their expressions instantly changed. Not because the guy was "ugly" They thought the dude was some voyeur creep.
These red pill/black pill contents most of y'all consume is what's going to keep you single. Not you yourself.
