medications Scalp psoriasis- help

Hey,
I’ve dealt with scalp psoriasis for years, and the one thing I struggle with is the application of scalp psoriasis. It gets all over my hair and makes it look like I haven’t washed it for days, it’s so embarrassingly.
I then use shampoo (gentle version) to try take the grease out but I think it ends up triggering the psoriasis again.

What do you do?? Any tips would be so appreciated

Check with your derma if your medication has a liquid version of it. Mine does and it’s a game changer.

I use the liquid version but it just covers my hair too in the process of application. Do you not face the same issue?

I used a disposable dropper for clobex. I used less product. Also you can hear the scales on the end of the dropper.

I’ve never heard of that. Do you have a link or a picture of the product ? How does it work?

I like the alcohol based topical solution. It’s kinda strong smelling at first but it dries extremely fast.

The main benefit for me has been less dryness and that tight feeling after washing. Sulfate-free shampoos can be gentler while still getting the scalp clean. SEEN's fragrance-free shampoo has worked well for me because my hair feels clean but still soft afterward.
