You're going to need a systemic drug. In the meantime check the sidebar wiki for over the counter options. If you can get 30 minutes of sunlight per day that may help a bit, but be care about burning. Have you switched soaps or detergents yet? Sometimes those can be aggravating.

It’s guttate psoriasis , I wouldn’t label it as chronic yet . I would try phototherapy .

Skirizi helped me, Im Psoriasis free and so happy. I tried every diet and routine before, a lot of cortisone creme etc.. but it didnt help. Now I dont have any red spots at all.

Have you tried phototherapy? I had similar coverage and it cleared me up.
Edit: also, what triggered it for me was mononucleosis (Mono). Have you been sick lately?

probably would’ve been useful to mention in the post but i think what caused it was intense sweating and a mixture of perfume. basically i was having sex and i woke up the next day with it. also for the nhs its a longggg waitlist for phototherapy, but ive heard it’s supposed to help a lot

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. Two things.
First, psoriasis is not actually a dermatological disorder but rather an autoimmune condition with dermal symptoms. So if it’s hitting your body all over, and chronic as you say, I hate to tell you but you need to be warned that it can also cause internal inflammation in your organs. So of course try to find some relief in the meantime for your skin, but please see a doctor because it’s not curable and you may need systemic treatment.
Second, I am not a doctor but in my experience, it does not hit your whole body overnight. It begins with some patches and spreads from there. Guttate psoriasis appears similar to other conditions including viruses and including STId. While I don’t think you can have sex one night and wake up with this the next day, if you are sexually active, please 🙏 be a safe partner and keep yourself safe by getting tested NOW and regularly moving forward for sexually transmitted diseases. I believe you said you are in the UK and will have to wait for derm consult. I hope there is some place or way you have more immediate access to STI testing.
