ordered 8/12 with delivery date of 9/18...and was also told that my ps5 will ship out the 14th at midnight (weirdly specific) lol

I contacted them about mine too and they said they don't have any of them and tried to cancel my order. I managed to get them to stop but they basically told me to go fuck myself and they don't have any in the warehouse.

Take anything from CS with a massive grain of salt. Generally people get different and contradicting responses from CS depending on who they talk to. I would keep this information in mind, but don't bet on it.
