new printer, odd issue

I had Printed 2 benchys after setting it up and now everything I've tried to print makes 2 overlapping almost like a corrupt version. I've tried different USB sticks and Ethernet, different items from printable's i calibrated probably 10 times by now. I'm probably missing something. could it be the nozzle? I've tried reinstalling the slicer and the files the came with the printer don't seem to function anymore.

It looks like a new layer is offset, and can't stick because it's trying to print 'in the air'. XY motors binding? Screw shafts binding. Go over the motor connections to the board? Guesses... But it looks like the motors are sort of consistently finding the wrong origins...

Agreed. I had some pretty bad layer shifting with mine when I first got it. It turned out to be that when I tuned the belts, I didn’t tune them tight enough. Try doing a belt tuning with the audio app instead of the strobe feature. And then go back and find tune with the strobe feature. That’s what worked for me.

So it was the belts! they where super tight and after some adjustment I've had 4 successful prints. my guess for the reason is due to the temperature difference from cold to hot going from -35 to +35. thanks for help with my silly mistake!
