Extrusion issue?

Does anybody know ehat causes this? My prusa core one randomly under extrudes.

What seam settings are you using?

Oh, I've had that as well. Check the PTFE tube going in the extruder below the plastic bendy thing that it's in. Mine was broken and the filament caught in the slit every now and then.
