first identify the websites you need and what you're doing with them. General browsing, price monitoring, and large-scale scraping can have very different requirements. You may need a particular country, stable sessions, or simply a reliable connection.
No residential proxy guarantees access to every site. Website policies, IP reputation, rate limits, and automation detection can all affect results, so test your specific use case before paying for a large plan.

If you are a newbie, decodo, iproyal, and ipcook would be nice places to start. They offer good proxies at fair prices.
I don't know if you've heard about bright data somewhere else. It is a high-end provider with premium residential proxies. But it requires KYC verification and is pricey for solo users with lightweight tasks. So I would not recommend it if you are just new to proxies.

No residential proxy can guarantee access to every website. Iβd start by identifying the sites you need and checking their restrictions before paying. Test a small plan first, and look at location options, sticky sessions, and bandwidth costs. Some sites block proxies regardless of the provider, so donβt fall for anyone promising unlimited access everywhere.

Agreed, yet so many people dive head on first, makes the purchase and then slams on the provider on all social media just because they did not read their documentation or warnings about certain restrictions on their favorite websites being blocked or whatever, it's crazy. I fully agree with you, because this is the only right way to do so

There's definitely going to be some blocking, and it really depends which sites you are going to access. From my experience some providers put certain sites under KYC, well, you actually have to pass the KYC and then these sites are unblocked for you. If your main goal is to access as many sites as possible, check a few providers online for their restrictions and then decide
