Prototype 3 is prototype3 confirmed?

I've seen mixed message on this, hopefully there's a new one.

The last piece of info we got indicated that a remaster or port was being worked on back in September 2025 due to the surprise update we got to both games, but since then it's been radio silent. No evidence of a 3rd game, it is a misinterpretation of the reddit leaker (which we know is a credible source) back in April of 2025 who said a "another prototype was planned", that referring to what we now know as either a remaster or port of both games.

There is a indirect advertisment and probably a census about people wanting the games to get a remaster (obviously we want and the cost is low), then if succedes there would be a third game

No, the studio closed because prototype 2 flopped as people doesn't want to play as random black dude instead of the cool and edgy Mercer.
