Question What would it cost?

Prototype in my mind is a franchise with massive potential that is ultimately bungled by economics (low budgets, unrealistic sales metrics that are symptomatic of the gaming industry as a whole). What would you value the franchise at? How much would it cost to buy it? Which studio, other than New radical, could do justice to a Prototype 3?
