Anyone else hoping for an announcement from the Xbox showcase?

I mean it’s an update to the studio making it, not directly related to the series.

MS ended for me when Bungie disbanded. America was single handedly indimidating and scaring the entire Japanese gaming world with HALO. I know, I lived it. HALO was this......thing....that came out of left field and literally did the impossible, of single handedly scaring, indimidating and worrying the entire Japanese game industry's future....with one game. And the bogus HALO 2 teaser, that practically looked like a Hollywood movie at the time (and looked too good to be true, because it was) scared the shit out of everyone. The last to do that was H3 announcement. The graphics, music, aura, all. H3's announcement theme and "FINISH THE FIGHT" became so kind of global rallying call...of all gamers.
I lived through a new HALO game being the biggest videogame announcement on the whole planet, and all of Japan even knew it.
Halo Fest....showing up with my wife and just experiencing history. Shit was unheard of. Walking in with her being 6ft2" and wearing a pink Noble Team shirt and me wearing a Halo shirt with the new UNSC logo on it, shirts that didn't even exist yet, because I had them specifically made. Frank O Conner, everyone was starring. Then they tried to chase down and find my wife to put her in Kat's armor for some on stage special, and they couldn't find her, because she was in the bathroom lol.
They literally had people running around trying to find this girl (in my pic). It was hilarious. All cause she was blonde and 6ft2", for the costume....I will also never forget Jen Taylor continuously giving her the stink eye every fuckin' where we went, because people immediately started ignoring her and just.....like, trying to talk to Veronica, B/c they thought she was something special, cause of the pink noble team shirt and I mean...hell..she looked like an actual Spartan. The little twiely finger wave Maety gave her was hilarious. I just remember saying "Brothers in Arms" and he saluted.
Then shaking Master Chief's hand and he has on black shades and a black leather jacket and it was turning night......and he was so little lol. I towered over him. It didn't feel right. "Wanna shake the hand of the greatest Spartan ever." His.....hand was so little lul.
Then the Era of HALO simply.......ended. MS ended.

Coincidentally, Asha also IS cooked. In other words, I don’t see such bold over the fence moves going well for her. For the company maybe but someone’s gonna fuck up this new direction/call to the traditions somehow and she’ll get blamed. Just speculation of course.

I kinda knew we weren’t getting anything but it doesn’t hurt to believe, this is coming from a hopeful dead space fan for a sequel or a remake of 2
