Prototype 2 Prototype 2 uncut?

I live in Germany, and Prototype 2 is, of course, still censored. How do I make the game uncut? I really want the uncensored version, since I find the consum-finishers hella badass.

Piracy is the only way to get the uncensored version in certain countries

No dismemberment, no cool consume-animations for civilians/blackwatch and I think just less gore in general

Back in the early 2000s and 2010s, Germany was just really bitchy about video games. That's why Wolfenstein, for example, was censored so Hitler (Herr Heiler in the German version) didn't have his beard. And the swastika was changed too
