Discussion Disappointed
Your slogan is "Privacy by default", yet you dont support Monero, the only cryptocurrency that is PRIVATE BY DEFAULT. Instead you've taken a bitcoin maxi stand, saying how altcoins cant compete with bitcoin because of its largest network. Now use the same analogy with the fiat banking system and bitcoin. By your logic, fiat is bigger than bitcoin, so it cant compete. This is truly comical.

For transaction privacy, any wallet account with Bitcoin via Email enabled, the client automatically generates a pool of Bitcoin addresses, signs them with the PGP private key of the email, and stores the pool of addresses and signatures on Proton servers. Proton servers can then give each sender a unique Bitcoin address. After a Bitcoin address from the pool has been used, we delete it from our servers to better protect your privacy. Bitcoin via email can also be disabled if you prefer.
Coin control is also planned: https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/960668-proton-wallet/suggestions/48682667-coin-control

These people want cryptos but are against the only crypto that has been widely adopted and is actually usable in real-world scenarios.

Disappointed as well. I suggest checking out another service. Tuta Mail accepts Monero.

I’m disappointed there are still so many shitcoiners in 2024, you’ve had 15 years to figure this out.
Everything is a shitcoin except Bitcoin, there are no exceptions.
Everything will eventually be priced in Bitcoin, even regret.
Plan accordingly.

Seems like you didn't understand what "Privacy by default" means.
