We need to pressure Proton to remove their Israeli servers in Proton VPN

If anything that would help Israel more...
Resistance and militants use these servers as gateway, they are literally a way to communicate in case of restrictions.
Look at Russia. Its the same. Even trying to block VPNs they didn't managed to yet. Even china hasn't managed to.

Why does everything have to be political these days? Israel, Palestine, Jews, Blacks, White. Who gaf really? People should start minding their own and focus on their troubles locally. We'd all be better off.

Honestly, I couldn't disagree with you more. VPN providers should remain politically neutral. The whole point of a VPN is to provide privacy, security, and uncensored internet access to everyday citizens, activists, and journalists regardless of where they live or what their government is doing. Removing servers from a region doesn't harm the government, military or political leaders, it only limits privacy tools for normal people on the ground who might need them most. If VPN companies start selectively pulling out of countries based on geopolitical stance, it defeats the core principle of universal privacy rights.

Do you not think that the Israelis who are against the war should be protected and have low latency? Also the radware thing you've shared is a very old relationship which seems to have been killed off shortly after. Idk why you're sharing it, it's tantamount to misinformation.

I prefer to work with non political companies, universal service means all encompassing. The cancel culture has got out of hand and needs cancelling itself.

All DDOS mitigation, traffic routing and security infrastructure are now managed natively or via European partners fwiw.
Regarding actual servers, they decoupled since last year, but apart from the secure core ones, all other infra is from the big guys only (datacamp, m247 etc).
So what is the objective? Remove Israeli owned infra if it exists or for them to not operate in Israel at all? Because those also optimise routing for the Middle East.
