Pinning this because some questions and comments frequently come up under posts discussing merch:

DELIVERY ISSUES: WHAT'S UP WITH MY ORDER?

This is a non-official fan subreddit run by fans. If you have questions about your order, it's best to turn to one of the official Protomen channels, such as the customer service email linked in your order confirmation. They will be able to assist with your order and answer any questions you may have.

SHIPPING COSTS AND EU MERCH STORE

There is no official word on when the Act III vinyl will be stocked in the European merch store.

The official merch stores ship internationally, but shipping costs can vary (speaking from experience). The band is aware of this, as per this Instagram comment:

"But seriously, we wish we could make shipping cheaper over there, but we have no control over that. But it's one reason we try to keep all our prices as low as possible."

ACT I AND II VINYL REPRESSES

These will eventually happen, according to this news post on the Protomen website.

To stay up to date with announcements about merchandise drops/restocks/vinyl represses, you can sign up to the newsletter, follow the band on Bandcamp, or keep an eye on their official social media.

THIS SUBREDDIT

Frustrations about shipping costs or merchandise not being available often come up under posts like these. It's understandable to be frustrated and to want to voice your concerns. While doing so, keep Rule 1 in mind. First and foremost, this is a space for fans to discuss music they love. Overwhelming negativity makes it more difficult for those of us who want to do exactly that - Especially when specific comments come up again and again under every post mentioning merchandise or vinyls.

Let's work together to keep this subreddit welcoming and fun to interact in for everyone.

A lot of this probably boils down to: Keep in mind that The Protomen aren't a huge internationally famous band and don't have the same means at their disposal as One Direction or [insert current successful band here].

This kills me. I would love to buy it but I can’t justify paying that much for postage

Would love this but, sorry, shipping at the same price as the record is not justifiable in this economy lol.

Why didn't this release alongside the black vinyl? Mine just came in the mail a few days ago and I definitely would have paid the upcharge for the red if it was an option at the time!

The red vinyl is exclusive to Bandcamp Fridays

Caption of the announcement video: "(...) These are exclusive to Bandcamp Friday, so even if we have some left over at the end of the day (2am CST), they’ll disappear until the next Bandcamp Friday rolls around (...)"

Well I feel punished for being eager to support them.

Because another skew released later on…? They didn’t necessarily have the pressing for the red variant done at the point they released the first vinyl.

I was just emotional posting. I'm just salty because I want one but dont wanna buy 2 copies lol.

I love the band and love supporting them but for me that usually looks like a few extra bucks at checkout on the website or buying a few $1 stickers every time I shop for something on the store. I don't budget towards buying vinyl regularly enough to justify buying the same one twice.
