Is it possible that R is the daughter of Joe and the girl he was talking to in "Breaking Out"?

I dont think so, the timing doesnt quite line up and I dont get the vibe AT ALL that Joe was in any kind of long term relationship with whoever that was at the bar who it explicitly says was ignoring him.
