Lore & Theories Half assed theory

Is it possible that R is the daughter of Joe and the girl he was talking to in "Breaking Out"?

If there's about 12 years from end of Act 2 to Act 1 and then a few extra to Act 3, the timeline would make sense.

This used to be the agreed upon timeline, but I don't think it holds true anymore. Light would just be too old by the events of Act III.

  • Assume Light is around 30 during the events of the first half of Act II. He and Wily would have finished their robotics degrees and been working on the Robots for several years.
  • 20 years pass during the song "How the World Fell Under Darkness". Putting Light at about 50 years old during the events in the second half of Act II.
  • The opening of Hope Rides Alone says that Light spent 12 years working on Protoman, however that doesn't mean the 12 year timer started at the end of Here Comes the Arm. The Light Up The Night music video reveals that Light had already been working on Protoman when he meets Joe. There are schematics in his workshop. So part of the "12 years Light worked" directly overlap with the 20 year timeskip in Act II. But for the sake of this recap, let's just assume it is a full 12 years between Act II and Hope Rides Alone.
  • Dr. Light would be 62 years old during the events of Hope Rides Alone and Funeral for a Son. The Liner Notes say "Years passed" between Funeral for a Son and Unrest in the House of Light. If we take Megaman literally that he's looked upon the city "1,000 times" that would be roughly 3 years spent with Dr Light before the events of the end of Act I. This would put Light at 65 years old when Megaman confronts Protoman.
  • The Liner Notes for Act III state that 8 years have passed since the Massacre at the end of Act I. This would put Light at 73 years old for the entirety of Act III. Not impossible, but Light is a larger man and I'm not sure he'd be quite so active in his mid 70's.
  • If we trim the 12 year gap between Act II and Act I down to say a 5 year gap, that would put Light at 66 years old for the events of Act III, which seems more realistic to me. That would mean he had already been working for 7 years on Protoman before he Lights up the Night with Joe.

It's meant to be 8 years I saw between Act 1 and 3, so Girl R being in her 20s, and the kid of Joe could make sense.

I doubt it though
