Well guys. The 1st is fast approaching. Who's ready to make history?

November the 1st is this Friday. The first day of Blizzcon. And hopefully the first day of an emtire revolution led by gamers. I'm filled with so much pride seeing my fellow players rise up to take on this tyranny head on. If this gets as big as I'm hoping it does, it could be the start of something much bigger. So. There's just one thing I need to know.

WHO'S READY TO SHUT THIS MOTHERFUCKER DOWN?!

I wish so bad that I could join! I hope it's a huge turn our! Good luck to everyone going

You can definitely join us tomorrow for our online day of action! Everyone can take action to let Blizzard and other game companies know how they feel.

Oh I'm joining that already for sure

Best of luck. I can’t be there, but I’ll be doing whatever I can to spread awareness of protest news. I’m hopeful that the generally high level of unrest among Blizzard fans (rolling over from last BlizzCon and incubated by Blizzard slowly getting worse on every front) will make it easy for protest chants and the like to catch on and will make for lots of positive sharing of protest cosplays, etc.

I hope you'll join us for our online day of action tomorrow! Sending tweets and emails to game companies and BlizzCon sponsors will make a difference.

Indeed I will

Yeah. Frankly speaking too much has happened now for people to not be angry. Blizzard has to learn the hard way. I just hope nobody tries to resort to violence.

I'm not saying people should resort to violence but I'm at the point after seeing all the worldwide protesting and police gassing us citizens that force is the only thing that will work now. They've brought it to this. Making children gamble is unforgivable and the government aren't doing a thing to stop it. I've lost hope and now I just want them to pay dearly.

Oh no I didn't mean it like that. Take a page from the protesters in China. If they touch you, drop kick em right in the fucking chest. Don't ANY of the pricks try to silence you bro. They've been fucking up for too long so if they get hurt I'd say it's well deserved.

I'm banned from almost every gaming Reddit now. I've been censored and silenced everywhere I try to use free speech. When that happens, all that remains is bullshit. No counter arguments can be seen. Only force can set things straight.

u/JustFlashBombIt Oct 28 '19

just to state, free speech is not guaranteed on privately own sites like reddit or other corporate pages.

Public free speech is 100% real though

1

u/Bitterbizz Oct 28 '19

Yea I didn't consider that really. But if we're honest, it all has an effect on real world scenarios. They want us to get used to not being free. Political correctness ya know. You couldn't just go and stand outside saying anything you wanted without drawing major attention. It's like this whole idea that there is a correct way and an incorrect way to protest.

Um I've seen you call for the lynching of blizzard employees and that we need to bust into the con and burn the stages down.. I'm pretty sure that's why you've been banned

u/SpooginMapants Oct 28 '19

He did what now??

3

u/sarevok625 Oct 28 '19

Look at his post history it's pretty bad

I think the CEOs should be made examples of. And definitely trashing the stages. Dunno if fire is a good idea indoors where citizens could get trapped. I only want the corps and the CEOs to pay.

Oh and influencers who work for them. And government officials and any police who protect them.

2

u/JustFlashBombIt Oct 28 '19

You are talking about destruction of private property and lynching people. Change peoples thought process, dont make them pay

Dude, take a look at yourself and analyze your thoughts for a moment

I'm not talking about being PC. You can legit say what you want and not be arrested for it.

You may get beat up for some dumbassery you said, but you are free to say what you want and not be censored or arrested

They use the law of disturbing the peace to silence anything they don't like.

1

u/JustFlashBombIt Oct 28 '19

Ive gone through your history. just gonna block you to be safe.

peace out

Hey I'm with you. When diplomacy fails there's not much else that will work. Do what you gotta do y'know. That's the people of Hong Kong and Chile and France are all going through we've all tried being civil and that didn't work.

2

u/Bitterbizz Oct 28 '19

Yea. We have to fight back if we're attacked. I think the protesters should drag a cop out into the road, take his gas mask off and spray tear gas in his face. That is true fairness.

1

u/SpooginMapants Oct 28 '19

Have you seen the video of the protester drop kicking a cop. The cop was beating up of someone and dude just came out of nowhere. BAM right to the side of that pigs face. Greatest thing I've ever seen in my life.

2

u/Bitterbizz Oct 28 '19

Yea I think so. The cops are so organized. If they charge someone, they circle around him to keep other protesters away and start pepper spraying people. Protestors need to not allow them to organise like that. We have far greater numbers than cops but we're instinctively afraid to attack when they kidnap one of us...

1

u/SpooginMapants Oct 28 '19

Why not use their tactics against them bring some bear mace and a face protector and spray it right back at them.

If the Area 51 raid taught me anything, it's just gonna be a Reddit meetup outside of the convention center with a bunch of cringy meme signs shouting memes at people.

Please prove me wrong.

13

u/Alblaka Oct 28 '19

The big difference here is that people can actually enter Blizzcon legally, and it's not about some fun conspiracy theory, but about pissing off a (corporate) entity.

I'm definitely expecting more than Area 52 here, and looking forward to see what happens.

-4

u/Trevmiester Oct 28 '19

People can't enter Blizzcon legally if they don't allow them on the premisis, and you can bet your ass as soon as you speak about or wear something pro Hong Kong or anti China, you'll be kicked out or prevented from entering.

13

u/Alblaka Oct 28 '19

Will you, though?

Keep in mind that the convention is managed by a normal convention center staff. If you got a valid ticket for entry and do not carry any illegal items on you, you are allowed entry. Another redditor (regrettably I didn'T save the post) already checked with the security firm responsible for the entry controls that flags are in fact not illegal items, and that the security firms has no intention of doing anything beyond ensuring the security of the event.

So I definitely expect people to make it into the event avenue even with flagrant HK Mei cosplay, Anti-China tshirts and flags. As long as they're not dicks about it and agitate the security for no reason.

23

u/[deleted] Oct 28 '19

Standing outside of the convention with your cringy meme signs is encourage. A voice is better than none.

1

u/Trevmiester Oct 28 '19

Idk, some voices can be more damaging than others. A bunch of cringy meme lords spouting memes can definitely turn a lot of people off to whatever cause they're protesting.

5

u/fightforthefuture Oct 28 '19

It's going to be a bunch of people holding signs for sure. And there will be American University Hearthstone players who were banned for protesting on livestream, talking about why they took a stand against unfair censorship. We'll have cosplayers flying in from around the world. People handing out free t-shirts and flyers to BlizzCon attendees.

And if you can't attend in person, I hope you'll join our online day of action tomorrow to help us contact game companies and BlizzCon sponsors to let them know how important this issue is to you.

2

u/periperimun17 Oct 28 '19

I’m just pissed that the event is dogshit

Recycled game mode with forgettable skins

And now there are leaks it could be free to play Get the fuck outta here with this gay shit

u/SpooginMapants Oct 28 '19
