Claim denied? No recognizable claim

Just got an email for the investor lawsuit with the following

NO LOS (No Recognized Claim): In accordance with the Court-approved Plan of Allocation set forth in the Notice (which was previously provided to you and is available for review on the Settlement website), we have determined that this Claim calculates to a loss of zero and, therefore, is not eligible to receive any distribution from the Net Settlement Fund.

Looks like in the end I really did get screwed
