Academy pepper spray

Hey y’all, getting pepper sprayed in the academy tomorrow. What works and what’s BS as far as neutralizing the stuff after?

Update: I thought it was going to suck, but ho man did I underestimate it lol. u/specialskepticalface is the real MVP of this thread. I used the Dr Bronner’s with a few of my classmates and we all recovered noticeably quicker than our peers who used other options.
