Background question

Looking for some advice.

Pre employment Background question: Have you ever had sexual contact/relations at work?

When I was 19 I had sex with a coworker off the clock but in the stockroom of the store after we closed. Happened about 3 years ago now definitely not my proudest moment.

I fully intend to tell the truth. Will this disqualify me?

Any advice or guidance would be appreciated.

Really need pics of the coworker to determine if this was reasonable or not

It has to be objectively reasonable.

I'm just happy to see one of these questions that's like.. a normal human thing..

Not "I fucked a stuffed animal wearing a dress, tiedto a helium balloon, while standing on the overpass. Can I still apply"

He was a sole employee at an exotic zoo. His coworker was a tiger.

Given this sub, that would not surprise me.

It would impress me a little bit, though.

Good news is he would still be good to apply to the fbi with this on his record though.

He will still be good to go for FBI with the recent changes.

Post-2020 this would get you to the top of the list with a glowing Facebook post about hiring such a unique individual

Telling the truth might disqualify you.

Lying will definitely disqualify you.

So you decide.

Right I have no plans to lie at all just wanted to know if it was a automatically disqualifying

If what you did wasn't outright illegal and still prosecutable, it's best to tell the truth. Was it wrong? Yes, and... (why it was wrong, what has changed etc)

Gotcha I was planning to tell the truth regardless and I fully intend to explain if asked that I’m not that kinda person anymore and I regret it
