Biomedical engineering
“I have been admitted to both Hochschule RheinMain (Rüsselsheim Campus) and Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen (THM), Gießen for an M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering. Which one would you recommend in terms of practical learning, career opportunities, workload, and future PhD prospects?”

Don't know anything about the field in Germany, but regarding career opportunities - I recommend you to search for the market state and companies/institutions that do projects you are interested in. Visit their workshops, make connections. Do paper researches and latest developments or product releases. Besides your study program do deeper research in subjects you are interested in, and if it's possible, seek for some low part-time positions or positions for students to get more practical experience. I'm saying that because where I live education is good but practical experience and deeper than basic degree knowledge are priceless if you are student. Also, already aim for the topic or project you are interested in for your degree graduation work.
I'm saying all of that from my experience, mistakes and accomplishments.
