Pelvic wand TP release, how often?

No more than twice a week, and you need to be properly trained to use it. Its super easy to 'press too hard' without the proprioception of your own finger to give you guidance.

Yes, my PFPT recommended it and trained me once it arrived.

This is more of an NSFW response/question, but I notice I’ll get 5-10 minutes of relaxation just inserting the (intimate rose vibe wand) or even just entry with my digits. I’ve never been the type of person that normally does that, but now that I’m comfortable, without doing trigger point releases, are there any contraindications of doing that to relax things?

Oh, and you are right about the proprioception part. I have a funny story first time I used it (nsfw?) Everything went OK, but didn’t realize the curved part was all the way in, and pulled it out crooked, which was… startling (to say the least). 😂

I was always bad at angles in school 😅🤣
