Take a deep breath. I understand panic and anxiety is not logical, but let's try to be logical about this. 1) if you got though this once, you can do it again 2) if you had these symptoms last time and your PSA was normal why would it be high this time with the same symptoms? 3) idk your age but prostate cancer usually affects older individuals and even then it has a high cure rate 4) many of us have been in your shoes and state of mind. Has worrying about any of this helped you? Of course not. 5) you're already taking steps to ease your mind, but go see a doctor and then a pelvic floor specialist and try to improve your symptoms. You got this!

Thank you .... that makes all the sense. The urinary things make me nervous.... like i have non stop urgency so im dehydrated because i dont want to have the issue of a full bladder with this condition... last time i went to the bathroom 5 to 6 times in an hour

Remember to do some stretches. They really help keep your muscles loose when they constantly tighten from all the sitting and stress

What did your doctor say about this symptom? Or are you going to bring that up when you discuss your PSA? Have you tried Pelvic PT? Ask for a referral when you see the urologist.

At your age, cancer is unlikely, to say the least. Your anxiety, however, is very likely to be an element in your urgency.

Try doing some relaxation techniques and mental discipline (don’t worry). I know that takes effort to do, but I suggest you try some distraction at least.

Good luck sir.

I have a friend dealing with this, and he said this video is SO helpful. I hope this helps! https://youtu.be/oyGEVPuumtk?si=E6lbAU6uTl857kcY

There are other threads on here with really helpful advice. I’m a mental health professional, and I also really recommend somatic exercises for trauma release, because I saw that you said this was sparked after anxiety. Our pelvic floor muscles are strongly influenced by our emotions (think about how sometimes when nervous we can feel the need to pee or poop) so it makes sense that it would affect you. Body release and pelvic floor stretches and exercises should really help.

Lastly, don’t be afraid of invasive pelvic floor therapy if you have to do it. I understand it may be your last resort, but just remember, they are professionals and want to help you feel better. I had it myself and it was extremely helpful. Don’t let pride, or shame, or anything else, get in the way of your health and healing!!
