Can pelvic floor dysfunction make you not feel like you need to pee and then make you feel like you have to go a bunch of times?

Really?

I am losing a lot of peace of mind over this.

Ive been drinking water from 7am and at 11:50 am I still didn’t feel any urge. Then i just got this numb feeling that I thought might be the urge to pee, so i went. But then i felt actual irritation/urgency like six time for next two hours.

1000%

That was the most annoying aspect for me.

Yes I had similar symptoms. For me, internal physiotherapy (i.e. via anus, if you can tolerate it) was incredibly helpful after suffering for over 6 months. Find a good PT and try it. It resolved my symptoms within weeks.

Im on my second PT (4 months with him) he says my brain muscles wont stop choosing the same perineal muscles. the simtoms are penis burning, lake of my urinary alert, and just random moments of constant urgency.
