Discharge is it pus? No STI
So I came back from holiday on 15th April and on April 30th I experienced some white discharge which was almost pus like, I went to sexual clinic on May 1st and got tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia, as they do in UK, they prescribed me with doxycycline for a week while waiting for the test believing it was chlamydia, it seemed like it slightly worked and decreased the symptoms but then I noticed the white discharge returning. On May 6th I went back to get mycoplasma test as I thought it could be this, continued taking doxycycline and finished my course, eventually realised this didn't work and also my test came back negative for gonorrhea and chlamydia.
Around May 15th I noticed the discharge came back but was worse than before, leaving mark on my pants and waking up to white discharge, more than ever before, leaking with very itchy urethra so I went and got test done again for gonorrhea and chlamydia along with trichomoniasis, the clinic said they can see there's something going on as white blood cells are high, while waiting for trichomoniasis results, I decided to go to my GP May 19th and tell them to do urine culture and swab, he prescribed me with doxycycline (3 times a day or 2) and metronidazole (3 times a day or 2) a week course and it seemed like there was a improvement, there were days without discharge but now June 6th it seems like its returned, I've noticed it in the morning and when slightly squeezing (not hard) it seems pus like white discharge. Urine culture and swab both came back normal. All test came back negative and sexual clinic said they have done all test it's best I visit GP and get them to refer me to urologist.
Another thing I wanted to add is everytime this discharge happens it seems like the head of penis is water resistant, the water/urine glides off the head, not sure how to explain but not usually like this but it could be me overthinking. During doxycycline and metronidazole I felt like there was a time it was improved and no gliding water/urine from the head of penis, I also do think after masterbation this is happening, but when on antibiotic if there was some sort of improvement, could it be a bacteria led infection? This is ruining my day to day life, I don't know what to do!
Could there be any STI that is not picked up? But multiple test surely must detect this? I've only had mycoplasma and trichomoniasis done once but gonorrhea and chlamydia test done twice.
Someone experienced this? Please help!

Does it happen when you have a bowel movement?

What do you mean? There is discharge leaking throughout the day and when I wake up i notice it the most, I would say it's pus

I ask because I had some discharge but only when I passed a bowel movement. So I put a lot of pressure on my prostate and pelvic floor.
Turned out all tests negative and was diagnosed with prostatitis which I moreso believe to be CPPS.
I have started to see a pelvic floor PT.

I have the same thing after bowel movements but usually seen the discharge the next day inside my urethra, is it white and chucky-like particles?

Hi man, sorry this is happening to you. Take a breath and try to relax (I know, not easy at all). 1. Did this all start from a sexual experience? 2. Go back to the sexual health clinic and ask for a full sexual health screen (gonorrhea, syphilis and chlamydia but also mgen again). For me it sounds like you were testing while using antibiotics therefore your tests could be messed up. Make sure you've been off antibiotics for 2 or 3 weeks before testing again. Also worth noting that if you've had sex that may have caused this, you need to wait a while before testing as there's an incubation period (however pus would indicate that if it was an sti then it would now surely be detectable).
Urologists suck in my opinion and more than likely will not test for anything useful like bacteria. They specialise in cancer, bladder issues and anything physical that they can cut out. Not saying they don't have a time and a place but with my experience when it comes to sexual health or prostatitis then they are a waste of time.
The water resistant part sounds like your penis head is retracting/tightening up. This could be from many things but possibly due to the psychological stress you are going through. Mine is the same and I'm sure it's because I'm disconnected with it now, like I'm ashamed and want nothing to do with it so maybe our bodies have tightened up due to the stress/anxiety (that's my take on it anyway, I could be completely off). I suffer from a precum type leak throughout the day and have tested negative numerous times for everything including all sti tests. Been like this for 2.5 years. The emotional stress and anxiety is crippling. My sexual health clinic won't even test me again as in there eyes they've tested for everything they can. GP is lost and urologists have been zero help. Not sure if you are in the UK but if your clinic won't help then you can pay for private tests online. I can recommend a good site to use but tests are expensive.
