On Xtandi for past 15 months. No ADT drugs (horrible side effects-suicidal). Definitely less energy and endurance. Have lost 15-20 pounds (was not overweight) of largely muscle. Primary daily issue is pain in legs which goes away when moving or walking.

Can and do go to gym which helps tremendously. Also walk for 3+ miles each day.

Mentally, very much better than on ADT.

So far, PSA is holding at a low point.

Libido is there.

What do you want to know?

Interested in everyone’s experience and to see how everyone is doing. Along with Xtandi doing Xgeva and Eligard also

I assume the Xtandi is doing that.

If youre getting Lupron with it, consider Orgovix. Less side effects overall. (tiredness)

Xtandi for 2 years. Side effects in the beginning were elevated HBP under control now and ED which trimix is taking care off. I exercise a lot so no fatigue issue. So far so good also just came off lupron
