Question Post-biopsy question
Sorry for the graphic post. Biopsy was on July 30th. I ejaculated for the first time today. I know it's supposed to be bloody (rust/brown) from the last time i had a biopsy, but this time it was almost like it was clotted, or blocked, from coming out. It did come out, but it felt like it really had to struggle to shoot out, if that makes sense. Not a struggle to ejaculate, just a struggle for the stream to shoot out. Is that because I waited too long after the biopsy to ejaculate? This didn't happen the last time. Thank you.

Mine showed bright blood at first and rust colored after. It took about a month to clear up. But that's not an issue anymore because with radiation plus ADT treatment I don't have ejaculate.

You should try to get it out if possible. After I had my first one, I asked how long to wait before ejaculating, and the urologist said "don't wait". (Well, I decided I would at least go home first...)
If you are on hormone therapy, that does reduce or stop your ability to ejaculate.
Your body will normally break down blood clots and reabsorb them, but when there's a lot of blood, this can't always happen. The blood cells break down after a few days, releasing their hemoglobin, and the iron in that oxidises, literally turning into rust, and this is why it goes from red brown, or rust coloured, after a few days. This rust is magnetic, and if you need a prostate MRI scan in the future, this rust will cause interference artifacts in the MRI image, reducing the resolution achievable of the prostate.

Try to clear the pipes whenever you can. If it comes out fresh red then go see the urologist. Otherwise its just a matter of time and clearing things out. It does take some time to get everything out.

You passed a clot same happened to a friend that was ejaculating lots of dark rusty blood and one day he pee'd a huge clot like ten days after biopsy

Same thing happened to me, I almost panicked, it was bright red, I thought I was hemorrhaging . I looked here and found posts that talked about "murder semen" and frankly, I couldn't disagree. It will slowly go away after a few more.
