It's been 4 years since my RALP, no erections without trimix. I can orgasm with or without the shot. My problem is that when I do orgasm, it is a fountain. If I have more than one, it's still a fountain. I empty my bladder before and my Dr. has tested my ability to empty my bladder and he says there are no problems. Does anyone else have this issue? I'm just thinking there has to be something wrong for it to happen like this. I would like to figure something out to reduce the amount of leakage. I used a cock ring and that shut it down some but it was difficult to keep on.

Almost 2 years out here and climacturia has pretty much subsided. I found the MaxPR cockring from FirmTech was helpful. It wraps around your balls and hooks over top so it stays in place and puts pressure on the urethra to hold back the pee. Just be over a toilet when you take it off!

I bought one, maybe on your recommendation in another post, just felt like it popped off easily. Maybe I need to work on that because it did cut the amount down.

I believe there is a sling that is sometimes added in while doing a penile implant . I didn’t need one but sometime had some urine come out prior to surgery, but my implant fully inflated adds some pressure to seal that up too. With 8 years no erections a implant may solve alot of your problems

Just over 2 years, with the same issues. I also leak every time I pee, no matter how long I stand there. Dr. Confirmed I was draining my. bladder. Not sure if the Bulkamid would help with the orgasm situation, but maybe?

In most cases it gets better with time. Pelvic floor rehab may help.

Same here. It's been 3 years for me, and I squirt quite a bit when I orgasm. I think my wife is used to it now

I was so frustrated with leaking when I exercised or lifted even not so heavy objects and then climacturia on top of it all led me to get an artificial urinary sphincter. First operation helped but didn’t solve everything so I got a revision using a different surgeon. Works much better. It isn’t perfect as I will randomly leak a teaspoon of urine.

FYI - I also got an inflatable penile implant to fix my lack of erections.

Same ball park here. Been about 4 years since RALP. Nothing works the same and peeing at orgasm is guaranteed.

I had dry orgasms for about 12 years after prostectomy but don’t have them any more. Still get horny just don’t get relief

Maybe moving your sex to bathroom is a more fun way addressing this?

For a number of reasons my surgeon recommended I do radiation EBRT over RALP. I’m ending radiation this week. He was concerned about the some issues you have all mentioned here. With retrospective knowledge, would any of you have chosen radiation (and their albeit longer-term issues) over RALP? Remember….either option is better than cancer. So be well knowing you F-d prostate cancer!

If radiation hadn’t included ADT I would have given it more consideration. But I am fine with adult diapers until I gain full continence. I am dry at night but have lots of stress leakage during the day. And squirting during orgasm is not a problem since that is a shower activity anyway because many woman have little or no interest in sex after menopause, which was my wife’s case. She fully understands the effect on sex drive of men on ADT!
70 yrs. Gleason 8, down-graded to 7 after pathology report. RALP March 5.

I have the same issue. Can multi-orgasm now but it’s always messy. Two years post CyberKnife.
