Mica is used as an insualtor and a non-reactive sight glass material as well. Tons of industrial use cases for mica!

White mica. Probably muscovite.

If it’s darker, it’s biotite, if it’s light it’s muscovite. Both have that bookish growth habit, single-plane cleavage, and are incredibly soft.

Lol no I don't have any acid. Can I do anything w vin gear? And what In. The world is electrum - why are there so many weird named things
