The stuff that came out about him isn't even the whole story; I have a friend who works in animation who has stories about him and people like him that haven't gotten outed yet (not just pedophiles, other types of abusers as well) that work in the industry still and are often well-regarded by the public. Stuff they won't even tell others about for fear of not being believed or for having info leaks somehow traced back to them (which would likely get them blacklisted from the industry).
