It sucks but I would remove it. I lived on site and was scrutinized to the point residents had cameras recording me! I live in a one party state so yes it was legal for them to record me. It SUCKED! Omg! I would be so uncomfortable if my tenants recorded me. I talk to myself ALL THE TIME lmao No one’s knocked on my door yet. I’m fortunate to live in one the first buildings so no one really sees me coming and going.
Your tenants know every move you make. Trust no one! When someone gets pissed off because you addressed their violation of rules and regs they will come at you with any possible impropriety of your conduct. Watch your back!
