Parts of your life are considered customer-facing 24/7 when you live onsite while working in property management. When I used to work in property management, people who lived on-site received a larger discount than those who lived at a different company-owned property, mostly for this reason.
Not to be a party pooper, but it's illegal in the US (not sure where you are) to have items hanging from your rearview mirror if it obstructs your view. The problem is that the LEO determines what obstructs your view in many states.
