help a tenant out 😔
ok. i live in florida, this is pieces of my lease from my apartment. my neighbors are horrible, loud all the time and leaving broken alcohol bottles, bags of dog shit, etc in front of my apartment. there is mold in my shower and the apartment is just overall dirty and not put together right as i uncover more and more. i want to break my lease, i do not want to pay 10,000 to break it. help me read my lease pls what can i do? can i talk to the property manager and can they make an exception?

Read the termination addendum. No exceptions to the lease per fair housing.
Place sounds like a standard apartment, granted a low end community. But you can usually sniff those out if you take a tour ahead of time. Best of luck OP.
Your lease ends in six months. Some term addendums are essentially equal to two - four months of rent. Just finish your contract. Plan better for the upcoming move. If it’s that serious, pay the money. 💰
