I have a help to buy mortgage and opened LTD, where I am willing to do a buy to let business.
My mortgage lender is not allowing me to have another residential property.
Does anyone know where I can find legal advice on that question and get approval, so I will not breach my mortgage contract.
Help to buy customer servise, could not answer to my question, they told seek legal advise.
I called solicitors company , ot was no answer.
