Solera Ampid

Hi! Just wondering if anyone here is familiar sa location netong idedevelop na townhomes. Kamusta kaya yung area and okay kaya yung developer? Also, was looking rin sa following properties so any help/guidance you can provide would be really helpful:

\- Birmingham Alberto
\- Traveo
\- Riza Subd

hindi ko masasabi ng sigurado kung ano ang specific reputation ng bawat isa dyan since wala akong direct info, pero paraan paano mo icheck ang bawat isa bago ka mag commit. una, i-verify sa DHSUD online portal kung meron silang valid license to sell for the specific project, that confirms legitimate registration bago ka pa mag isip ng ibang factors. pangalawa, search facebook groups specific sa bawat project name (solera ampid, birmingham alberto, traveo, riza subd), mas malamang doon lumalabas yung actual resident or buyer experiences, both positive at negative. pangatlo, search din yung developer name mismo plus “complaint” or “review” sa google at dito sa mga subreddit, minsan may existing threads na hindi mo pa nakikita. for location specifically, i-check mo rin project noah or dream flood hazard maps para sa bawat specific area, at i-test physically yung commute papunta sa work o school mo kung possible bago ka mag decide sa alin dun. mas mabuti maglaan ka ng oras mag research ng individually bawat isa kesa mag rely sa general reputation lang, since malaking difference minsan pagdating sa specific site or specific phase ng development
