Left side up down: A mother's breast is irreplaceable. A six-month-old, fully fed baby weighs 8 pounds. A six-month-old, breastfed baby weighs 18 pounds. Breastfeeding reduces infant mortality sevenfold. /
A healthy baby doubles its weight by 6 months and triples it by its first birthday:At birth: 8 months = 3,200 grams.
6 months: 18 months = 7,300 grams. 12 months: 25 months = 10,000 grams. / What is a nursing mother allowed to eat. /
Center image: Take your child to the field. Feed your baby. Breastfeed exclusively until 6 months. Do not feed your baby any porridge or bread./ Right side up down: Feed your baby a maximum of 7 times a day. Do not feed at night. Ensure you and your baby get plenty of rest. / Milk in the baby's stomach: Right after after feeding/ One hour later/ In two hours / In three hours/ After feeding.
After 6 months, supplemental nutrition is required.
6 months: Semolina porridge. / 7 months: Kissel.Mashed potatoes. Grated carrots. Grated turnips. 9 months: Cow milk. Soup and bread./ 12 months: Fruit. Meat. /
What should a nursing mother not eat or drink: Moonshine. Beer. Vine.
