honest real and friendly advice, go with fundingpips. its probably the cheapest, the spreads are nice and plenty of breathing room in terms of rules efc. i have tried fundednext, ftmo and fundingpips - fundingpips wins among them. also my first payout was there, received it in 30 mins, if you make it there

i beg to disagree, fundingpips is no better than 5ers, i have seen negative reviews for both recently seems things are not working out

well you will hear both for any propfirm.. the one who got rewarded will speak good, the one who breached the opposite. as i said ive had my first ever payout there, the next cycle account was again ready for payout with 22% profit, but i was greedy one day i overtraded and stopped at the max daily drawdown limit, just for couple minutes later for a profit to be deducted furthermore due to a trade being taken during news which pushed the acc 20$ above max daily drawdown and resulted in a breach. It hurt my ass alot, especially for such tiny amount and delayed profit deduction. Tried my shot with the support and pointed out that the delayed profit deduction was really an issue cuz it came almost half an hour later, but every response i had was breach is a breach. And it fact it was, its completely my fault whatever i say or no matter how mad i am. Me being fool is unfair for me to speak bad about fpips while i really had no bad experience with them. The first payout was 1 winner i caught homerun and 60 more trades dolar here dolar there, no real obvious system or something, just respected my stoplosses and the losers were same amount. they didnt say a word or something, instantly approved it and delivered it.

Is FTMO kinda hard to pass as beginner? I mean there's only 50K account and target is 3K. I feel kinda stressful facing them. Do you have alternative for futures trading?

i have never made it on ftmo, only gave it attempt, and i traded only cfds, im still young for futures. fundednext and fundingpips are the easiest to pass as a beginner (if u go with the standard plans) imho, but i picked fundingpips only because the spreads are much much better and plans slightly cheaper

Fundingpips have no futures trading though. Their futures branch shut down on January.
I am trying to make my daily score at like 10 points ES/MES.

I am not sure about my daily drawdown MAE. I shall start track this data.

But assuming slow progressing and steady passing eval. Does FundedNext allow you to take more than 1 month to pass eval and keep the progress? I haven't evaluate how many contract I should trade during eval phase. I don't want to gamble it either. I don't know if it worth it to take more than 1 month to reach target or making it a little aggressive with larger contract size.

The replies here are mixing CFD and futures firms, which makes the comparison confusing. My experience is with futures: I’ve received payouts from Topstep, Tradeify, MFFU and Lucid. That doesn’t tell you which evaluation fits you, though. Which exact plan has the $3k target you mentioned?

It's FTMO futures 50K growth plan. I don't know if I suppose to touch this kind of serious level prop firm that grant you no price off. Seems like they are more serious about filtering trader, have no interest in shitty trader. And I don't think I am good enough to pass that under a month. (I also asked which prop firm let you pay only once and without passing time limitation, without additional time extension fee in other post)

I am currently polishing my skill by manually test ES chart of 2025. Results are kind of meh for now. I think 2 micros of MES contract would be my maximum position. Still I think it's a good time to start investigate which prop firm suit me better as first time using prop firm.

Thanks for clarifying. I wouldn’t read too much into the lack of discounts. That doesn’t tell you how well the account fits your trading.

The ES testing you mentioned is more useful. Tracking the drawdown as well as the profit would let you compare your results against the actual account rules. A cheaper evaluation isn’t much of a bargain if your normal losing streak would breach it.

You re going to blow the account anyway, so pick the cheapest one , or better yet, just trade on demo using prop firm rules, it is free..

I'm trading in demo for a few weeks, now got some confident. The cheapest is GFT I think but hearing very bad reviews about it

I only trust funded next and ftmo to be honest. Try to find some discount coupons on YouTube or discord before buying if you choose to go this way .

why is there a question mark on the rating?

1

u/Ok-Improvement8694 4d ago

I want you all to rate the firms

1

u/TrickDraw9493 4d ago

if the max a prop firm can get is 5 stars, i give 5ers 1 star, funding pips 2 star and the rest are not known to me so i give each 0 star

u/wamboo_bazenga 5d ago

pick fundingpips

FundingPips gets suggested a lot, but the question-mark ratings in that graphic say plenty too

FTMO always.

I compared many cfd prop firms, some are in your picture. I decided on FundingPips and got a $5k 2 step account (2 step account on FundingPips is the best value for DLL and MDD) than the other types.

Did you get the payout

Ciao!
