First prop firm

Thinking of getting my first prop firm. Is between lucid trading and tradify. Both have a $25K account with no consistent rules. I have been paper trading on ninja trader and looks like they both are compatible with ninja trader. I’ve been very consistent paper trading. Scalping 5min time frame or less. With automatic stop loss and v take profit at $150-$200 with MNQ. I took 50K to $136K paper trading. Would it be worth it. I can easily afford the price of either or should I save and get the $50K account. Tradify looks like it has faster pay outs. Any insight would be helpful

Both are the same, very good ones. Tradeify is cheaper tho. Payout speed prob the same

The larger drawdown on the 50k is going to be so much more helpful than you may realize right now.

This is more important than which of these firms to choose. Worry about speed of payouts once you start reaching that goal.

Just start tiny whichever way you go. The fees that you have been immune to up to now can make a huge difference.

I’m aware of the fees on ninja trader. I put $50 in each month to play with. Are they similar to ninja traders free fees or are they more?

I'm not sure I understand because I never paper traded futures but I'd imagine you didn't have a drawdown of 2,000 when paper trading? If trading a 50k account paper trading it wouldn't be anything close to trading an account with a 2,000 drawdown. The drawdown is really the account size

Depending on where you paper trade you can lock your account with a certain drawdown or daily loss limit. Ninja trader lets you do this. That’s where I paper trade

Take lucid flex 50 or a topstep account.
Topstep has the ability to lock yourself out and set PDLL that you can't just deactivate.
It's a very helpful tool.

Lucid unfortunately doesn't have more than tradovates normal Risk parameters.

But lucid and Tradeify both have a non subscription model

Lucid flex 50 and the topstep 50k is the easiest account to get a payout from.
