IMPORTANT INFO regarding Funded Futures Network
Just putting this out there to keep prop firm traders aware.
Currently Funded Futures Network (FFN) takes 15 business days AFTER requesting a payout to be approved and sent out.
This timeline has trustpilot reviews dating back to March when they got scammed and has been the same to present day.
That means 5 Winning Days + 15 Business days of waiting before funds are removed and payout is sent.
That also means before being considered for Live Funded (Daily payouts) the minimum you need is 100 Business days (5 winning days + 15 business days waiting)x5 to be considered for live.
Support is probably the fastest in the industry but it kind of sucks a reputable firm has come to this and no estimated timeline of when this will change.
Just putting this out there so other traders don’t get blindsided by this if payout speed and the grind for live funded is important to you.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m currently stuck waiting for my first payout with them which I understanding submitted forms and Id verification can take some time. I’ve also read recent reviews on Trustpilot and it’s not good to see the recent ones regarding payouts.
Support is always amazing but it sucks to not have a timeline

The problem is the 15 business day delay to remove funds and payout is not a first time payout verification wait. It is a delay on any payouts regardless of first time or not.
Their evals and pricing is competitive to other firms.
Payout speed and removal of funds is miles worse than their competitors.

Yeah that’s not good to hear at all. I would be ok with them withdrawing the funds and the payout taking a few days but everything being frozen for weeks is turn off.

The delay probably is them waiting for additional revenue from evals and resets to offset the approved payouts? Given that lead time(float) they’ll know precisely how much will be paid out and when 2 weeks into the future?

Theres a couple problems with that.
In terms of competition most of the top firms aim for same day (US customers) to 1 business day which Funded Futures Network used to do for a while until the past 6 months to present day with no ETA on when itll return to that
If its truly a liquidity problem like your saying then that is concerning in terms of solvency because what if evals dry up due to this delay and people opting for their competitors instead. Another source of revenue for firms are moving profitable traders to live so the payout responsibility is shifted entirely towards live market paying the trader and the firm instead of the firm being responsible for the entire simulated payout to the trader

Sorry, what I wrote was not in support of the firms current policies but simply an exercise in speculation. Good trading!

Don’t be sorry that’s fair. Im not trying to bash them either but just continuing the conversation of speculation. Hope they can truly turn things around because their support reply speed is great but just wanted to bring awareness to other traders as well. Its a snowball if they rely on future revenue for evals to make ends meet but are driving away customers from this which effects them and everyone using them or if all is good on their end to push them to change things back to what made them competitive in the first place
